SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping Restrictions:
We only ship ant colonies to the addresses stated under each product, United States. Due to legal and logistical considerations, we are unable to ship ants outside of this region.
Shipping Method:
Ant colonies will be shipped via USPS.
Delivery Timeframe:
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability. We will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Refunds:
If your ants arrive dead we will issue you a full refund or a replacement colony (depends on stock). Sometimes ants may be in bad condition or die shortly after arrival. If this happens please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please supply photo evidence.
